The Elderly Billy Graham to his grandson

“By God’s grace, I’ve weathered many storms just like this, and if you submit to what God is trying to teach you, he will make you wise and humble and useful.”

Leadership is exceedingly difficult… Tchividjian (Graham’s grandson) has a congregation that is huge… and a small group of 200 (!)  don’t like what he’s doing. A common response is to go to war with those folks either by psychological sniper attacks or direct assaults…

This approach is much more fruitful. Be a learner even of your worst enemies criticisms and thereby you will be “wise and humble and useful”
